Minor prose changes, and re-recorded entire narration.

I don't know why I ever thought the previous copy sounded acceptable,
but for the past several months I've been disgusted by the overly-
compressed and filtered sound. I re-read the entire thing with better
mic placement and did all click removal manually instead of with
a filter.
